10x RULE by Grant Cardone If you have ever heard Grant live, you will be amazed at his 100mph thought process. The spirit is brought out in his book 10x Rule. Whatever you are doing or thinking about doing, do it 10 times bigger. You might get there or you might be a little short. Even if you fall short you will be way bigger than your original goals.
RICH DAD, POOR DAD by Robert Kiyosaki The standard primer for ALL real estate investors. Before you even think about doing anything in real estate or business, you have to read this book. First book of many about real estate, business, and getting out of the rat race.
Credit Cards/Finance
LENDING CLUB – Lender where you can fill out everything online. Quick, easy and money can be in your account in a couple of days. Highly recommend. You can borrow up to 40k. I used this to finish up a rehab when it went a little over budget.
CHASE SAPPHIRE CREDIT CARD – If you rehab houses, travel or charge a bunch and DONT carry a balance, this is the rewards card for you. You earn 60,000 Ultimate Rewards points after reaching the minimum spending requirement of $4,000 in the first 3 months the account is open. A $95 annual fee applies
This is a great time to start accumulating Chase Ultimate Rewards points for some travel later this year and into 2022! Here are the 3 main redemption options:
- Cash Back at 1 cent per point, so your 60k points are worth $600

CREATIVE LIVE – This is a site that has all kinds of teaching videos. Kinda like YouTube, but with more in-depth information and knowledge. I have taken a couple of classes and so has my wife. She took a class on how to use PhotoShop. She is using it for her business of shirt making. With this link you get $15 off of your first class. The classes I have seen are usually under $50. 10 or 12 live videos that you can watch whenever you want.
AIR BnB – My wife and I have stayed in a number of places in the last several years including Germany using this great app. You can basically rent a room or an apartment unit, condo, or sometimes a whole house in another city right from your app. It is just like hotel reservations but you get to see lots of pics of where you are going to stay. Also, the property is usually owned by an individual, not a chain. (you get $40 off your first trip of $75 or more)
Wild Alaskan Company – I first saw this on facebook and had to do some research. This is the best seafood delivery. Frozen at sea and never thawed again until I do it at my house. Beautiful, healthy and delicious fish from Alaskan waters. You have to go to their website for all the details and plans, but I 100% love this fish. ps, I get every other month “Wild Combo 24 Pack” delivery because I am the only one at the house who eats fish.
