i was lucky enough to get fired from my “secure job”, the blessing in Disguise that changed my life for ever and i’m thankful for that.
after reading, attending seminars and diving deep into Real estate investment i finally decided to give it a try, making around $12,000 on my first wholesale deal at the age of 35. It blew my mind. i made more money in one deal than I did in almost 3 months in my job. There was potential in real estate for sure so without a job and with a lot of Excitement i decided to go full time into this game.
over 15 years later, i have seen many things along the way. real estate can hurt you when its done incorrectly, but we learn from mistakes and if you need some help to get your feet wet in this amazing business i’ll be glad to help you getting started.

I texted him, he replied, we set up an appointment and just right there Rick explained to me how to analyse a deal, he gave me advice about business structures and taxes, he took me on a tour in the neighborhood to look at a property he was dealing with, he made phone calls (Speaker mode) in front of me so I could hear a good conversation with one of his Colleagues. He explained to me why that property was not a deal.
We talked a long time about how he got started and gave me the tools and confidence to start my Journey in Real Estate.
All of that in just one session.
